Practice, discussion, and application
The course combines instructor-led discussion with guided scenarios. Applicable references include the current California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and California Title 8 §1599. The organization remains responsible for site-specific procedures and compliance.
Participants who successfully complete the course requirements receive a certificate of completion. This is not a promise of licensure or blanket regulatory compliance.
